Faye qualified from University of Wales, College of Medicine, Cardiff, in 2002. She immediately joined the Royal Air Force serving at bases in the UK and overseas including operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Falkland Islands. She developed a special interest in Forensic Dentistry and was a member of the Dental Identification Team.
When she left the Royal Service after 21 years service, she worked as a prison dental officer before joining the team at uSmile in January 2024. She is passionate about continued professional development and has a plethora of postgraduate dental qualifications. She enjoys teaching and works as a part-time clinical supervisor mentoring undergraduate dentists.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling and skiing.
Faye is registered with the NHS in ABMU Health Authority, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales and is registered as a Denplan practitioner.
